Description

Working in the print finishing industry, the role is to create, design and distribute sales tools and collaterals. The individual will be expected to assist in the maintenance and development of the company website, (WordPress), while using and understanding the benefits of analysis and SEO to optimise traffic to the site. You will be expected to have a full understanding of social media platforms, Linked-in, You Tube, Facebook, Instagram. It would be an advantage if you know how to run a digital print engine with a Fiery RIP.

Primary Responsibilities:

In collaboration with others in the company, create, design and distribute sales tools and collaterals.  These may include brochures, presentations, sales kits, videos, samples and other materials to support the demonstration and promotion of both Plockmatic and Morgana products.

Work closely with product management on the tools required to support product launches

In close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and others, prioritize and manage ongoing updates to the Plockmatic Group homepage.

Monitor the industry and social media sites for Plockmatic activity and help prepare actions and responses to this activity when needed

Support updates to the Plockmatic Marketing Repository.

Support trade shows and other events

Keep up to date with current trends and opportunities for Plockmatic to project its brand across target markets

Other reasonable tasks for both Inline and Offline Business Units.

Key skill set:

Skills: Working knowledge of Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), WordPress and Microsoft Office. Understanding of social media platforms, Linked-in, You Tube, Facebook, Instagram. It would also be a distinct advantage if you were able to use a digital print engine with a Fiery RIP.

Design: Design and produce collaterals to support sales for both inline and offline business

E-marketing: Design and create eshots (Mail Chimp) for special offers, promotions, open houses and events and exhibitions. Provide feedback and analysis of campaigns.

Events: Organise and plan open house events or exhibitions. Prepare invitations and application materials for demonstration purposes.

Website: Maintain the website. Add product information, videos, case studies, event or exhibition information and news items.

Video and photography – Filming and Production (Premier Pro). (Keyshot would also be an added advantage).

Projects\Special Activities: Complete special support tasks to specification and timeline, resulting in best possible outcome.

Summary

This is a role responsible for producing sales collaterals to support the Plockmatic business and sales teams to raise the market awareness of the Plockmatic Group brand, and promote sales.

This will involve the design and creation of brochures, videos, datasheets, presentations, Eshots and mailers (MailChimp), delivering relevant information to target audiences worldwide. Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
