Morgana AeroCut nano Max is a high-quality, entry-model card cutter that can turn prints into various sizes of cards in one pass. AeroCut nano Max is capable of taking paper stocks up to 330(w) x 488(l)mm in size, 400gsm in weight, and finishing 500 business cards in less than 3 minutes. AeroCut nano Max is equipped with a patented air suction feeding mechanism, that allows reliable and consistent paper feed and ensures beautiful and precise finishing every time. Versatile InstaSet BAR system
The unique InstaSet BAR indicates and aligns slitter positions accurately and can be easily adjusted manually without tools. Built-to-order bars are available for custom-sized jobs, at a lower cost compared to “slitter cartridges”.

Quick and Easy Maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance are important to keep the machine’s performance and finishing quality. AeroCut nano Max has quick-release rollers and components. Even if the paper is jammed, this feature assists quick recovery.

Patented Tri-suction Feeder
The patented Tri-Suction Feeding Mechanism reduces risks of double feeds and misfeeds drastically, therefore preventing paper jams inside and enhancing productivity.
