Customer Centre Ticketing System

If you haven’t yet signed up to the new Service Support Ticket System, then please follow the below instructions to register yourself with a login.

In our continuing effort to provide world-class service support to our valued Print Partners, Plockmatic Group is changing the method with which CSEs will request service support for Plockmatic Group finishing equipment.

WHAT: Plockmatic Group will be transitioning to a web-based Service Support Ticket System. (SSTS).

IMPORTANT NOTE: This announcement only pertains to service support requests for Plockmatic Group finishing equipment during 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. Service support requests beyond 5 pm and before 8 am will still be handled by the Hotline.

WHEN: The transition period will begin on Monday 2/14/2022 and will conclude on Friday 3/11/2022.

WHY: The SSTS will collect more comprehensive and accurate data regarding service escalations which will enable more efficient resolution of servicing issues and provide better accountability and tracking.

HOW: Each Plockmatic Trained CSE must register themselves at the SSTS Web Portal in order to be granted access to the SSTS.

  • Select Register

Complete the form with your:

  • Email
  • a strong Password of your choosing (Suggestion: Three random words that you’ll remember)
  • enter the Image Code which is ‘case-sensitive’
  • Select Register at bottom of the screen

After submitting your SSTS Registration, Plockmatic will approve all known Plockmatic trained CSEs that Register at the SSTS Portal.

  • You will receive an email confirming the Approval of your Registration, typically within 24 hours of Registration
  • Then, the next time you need service support for a Plockmatic device . . .
  • DO NOT CALL THE PLOCKMATIC HOTLINE!
  • Return to https://plockmatic.powerappsportals.com/ and click Sign In
  • After you’ve Signed-in, you’ll need to complete your Registration per the following and push the UPDATE button at the bottom of the screen.
  •  * indicate mandatory fill-ins
  •  Press Update button at bottom of the screen

The Registration Update is instant, and the screen should redisplay as such:

  • To initiate your first request for Service Support, click My Support
  • Next click Open a New Case

Now fill-in the Open a New Case form.

  • * indicate mandatory fill-ins
  • Press ‘Submit’ button at bottom of the screen
  • You will receive an email confirmation that your New Case has been received
  • You can then expect a Response from a Plockmatic Group Service Support Specialist within 20 minutes.
