Introduction to the BM5000 from Morgana Systems.

Morgana BM5035 and BM5050

In its simplest configuration, the BM5000 comes as two basic units. The BM5035 bookletmaker and the FM5000, this unit staples and folds 297mm x 297mm books or A4 landscape books, as well as the standard formats you use. The FM5000 finishing module trims the front edge and put the square spine onto the book. Booklets can be up to 140 pages of 80gsm.

We also have various options for bleed trimming, the CST module which will trim the edges of the sheets and crease your covers on the fly. The BM5000 can also be upgraded to a 50 sheet – 200 page class leading capacity, all our bookletmaking systems can be equipped to deliver our signature SquareFold finish, making it much easier to stack and pack your finished books.
