Visitors to the Morgana exhibit can anticipate an impressive display of finishing equipment tailored for print companies of various sizes. The exhibit will feature several new products that were unveiled at Drupa.

Foremost among these is the Morgana DigiFold Ultra, a creasing and folding machine equipped with full-bleed trim capabilities. This machine can slit, cut, crease, perforate, and fold in a single pass. It is robustly designed to complement mid-to-high volume digital and offset production presses. First showcased at Drupa 2024, the DigiFold Ultra enhances the capabilities of the DigiFold Pro XL by incorporating slitting and cutting functions for full-bleed trim applications. This makes high-quality applications, such as full-bleed six- or eight-panel brochures, an effortless task, even for A4 landscape finished formats.

Additionally, the exhibit will feature the new Morgana SC7000 Pro-T and SC7000 Pro-T XL, innovative automatic digital cutters that offer a dual tool device. These cutters can handle sheets up to 450-micron thickness, performing cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing, and perforating in a single pass using the intuitive ColorCut Software package, developed specifically for the entire cutter range. The SC7000 Pro-T XL, a wider format version, accommodates sheets up to 520 x 720mm. These devices are ideal for commercial printers and digital print companies seeking to bring automated digital die-cutting in-house. They build on the success of the SC6500 and ColorCut series.

The premium ColorCut FB780-T digital die flatbed cutter will also be on display. This mid-range model offers exceptional speed and accuracy with a B2+ cutting table for large format sheet cutting.

For those in need of ultra-fast performance, the FB9000 automatic flatbed cutter, featuring class-leading forces for both die-cutting and creasing, is an excellent solution. It is user-friendly, delivers high-speed performance, and offers unparalleled media control, with dual tools for cutting and creasing any shape.

Furthermore, the FB1180-T superfast B1 flatbed cutter, which includes four tools for both contour cutting and active tangential cutting, will be showcased. This cutter is capable of cutting corrugated fluted board up to 3mm with the Active Tangential Blade, delivering outstanding creasing results.

To significantly enhance productivity, the ColorCut Pro Server Station is highly recommended.

In addition to these new releases, Morgana will present a range of their regular finishing equipment. For those interested in a comprehensive booklet-making solution, the Morgana BM5000, complete with a dual-bin feeder and finishing module, will be on display. Alternatively, the PowerSquare 224 system, capable of producing booklets of up to 224-pages with a square-formed spine, will also be exhibited. This system can facilitate the production of work printed as two- or three-up, with the ability to deliver six staples per printed set.

Other highlights will include the Morgana’s ColorFlare CF-2500Pro laminating and foiling solution and the FB1180-T digital flatbed cutter, alongside popular Morgana products such as the AutoCreaser Pro XW and DocuFold.
