The Plockmatic Group, owners of UK digital finishing specialists Morgana Systems, announces the acquisition of KGS srl.

KGS has manufactured and supplied a range of PUR binders to Morgana Systems for five years. For the last two years, Morgana has been the only customer of KGS, taking 100% of the company’s production, with the units being sold under the Morgana brand as the DigiBook range of PUR Binders.
