Seasonal opening times and services

Our opening hours over the Christmas and New Year period are as follows for all Group business units:

Plockmatic Group, Stockholm

Office & Spare Parts will be closed Wednesday 24th December to Friday 26th December 2025

Wednesday 31st December 2025 to Thursday 1st January 2026

Closed on Monday 5th January 2025

Limited delivery of goods between: 23rd December 2025 to 3rd January 2026

Plockmatic Document Finishing, Riga

All departments will be on vacation, except for logistic and spare parts department

Riga’s Warehouse will be open until Friday Dec 19th and then close for 2 weeks. They will resume work on Jan 5th.

Riga’s Spare Parts Department will be closed from Thursday Dec 24th till 04 January 2026. Last orders will be processed and shipped out on 23 December 2025. Please note that on the 23rd December will be working till 15:30 Riga time.

For logistics and spare parts official working hours will be:

23rd December 2025 – Open: 7:30 -15:30

24th December to 26th December 2025 – Closed

27th December 2025 – Open: 7:30 – 16:30

30th December 2025 – Open: 7:30 – 15:30

31st December to 1st January 2025 – Closed

2nd January to 3rd January 2025 – Open: 7:30 -16:30
