Intelligent Feeding for Unattended Production
The SC7800 Pro-RS is engineered for reliable, unattended production, with an advanced feeding system designed to handle everything from standard card to challenging laminated sheets. Its high-capacity feeder holds up to 850 sheets and automatically adjusts to maintain consistent feeding.
Dual automatic air blades separate sheets without excessive airflow, while the vacuum feed belt and precision separation fingers prevent multiple sheets from entering the system. An automatic jogging action creates a natural curve in the media, helping even difficult stocks feed accurately and reliably.
Triple-Tool Power for Precision Finishing
The SC7800 Pro-RS combines a passive contour-cutting tool with two opposing, patent-pending active tangential creasing wheels for exceptional cutting and creasing versatility.
Dual Opposing Tangential technology forms a precise male/female crease on both sides of the media, delivering smoother, sharper folds on thick card up to 450 microns.
Controlled through ColorCut Pro 5 Production Studio, each tool can be precisely adjusted for pressure and speed. Cutting, creasing and perforation can be applied accurately to vector artwork created in Adobe® Illustrator® or CorelDRAW®, ensuring consistent, professional results across a wide range of applications.
The SC7800 Pro-RS model ise built on the foundation of our next generation of Ai based ColorCut Pro software delivering new features, functionality, control and automation, redefining how automated cutters can be used, easily, simply and autonomously by providing 2 modes users can employ for cutting files.
In DIRECT mode: ColorCut Pro offers unparalleled flexibility and control over cutting and production from the connected PC. When creating jobs, the ColorCut Pro Client plugin applies an auto-assigned QR code to each design, whilst auto-saving the cutting file (editable) to the ColorCut Pro Job Library.
In HELD mode: ColorCut Pro stores your job parameters, wrapping all the required settings into a custom held mode cut file, that can be transferred to a storage device on the cutter. This enables standalone operation, without the need for the main PC and can be cut at a later date by any operator. The cutter checks the QR code on each sheet, retrieves the associated cut file and proceeds to cut and crease as required – even if the sheet is presented at 180°, reducing operator errors.
The new 7″ immersive touch screen with extensive Info-Control system includes a live camera preview window delivering visual feedback of QR code and smart registration marks scanning.
Plus, feature rich options that provide an advanced level of control over the auto-feeder’s functionality. Useful for certain media that may require special handling or simply to optimise throughput of your chosen media.
The 7 inch immersive touch screen control panel can pivot to suit the angle desired by the operator.

The ColorCut software suite streamlines production with powerful job management, automated file retrieval and precise cutter control. The supplied Server Station includes a pre-installed Windows® PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ColorCut Pro software and two additional user licences.
Production Studio
The core production application provides intuitive control over tool pressure, speed, cutting actions, feeding and workflow settings. QR codes or automatically generated job numbers instantly retrieve the correct cut file, simplifying setup and accelerating production.
Job Library Manager
A centralised, synchronised job library gives users powerful control over cut files, including custom naming, identification, searching and previewing. Specific actions can also be assigned to individual QR codes or job numbers, creating a more efficient, consistent workflow across the network.
ColorCut Pro Client
Designers can prepare jobs and save them directly to the shared Job Library, enabling a seamless transition from artwork creation to production.
Please note: SC7800 series cutters are DIE CUT ONLY. Label media cannot be processed through an SC7800.
