Folding and gluing reinvented – Bespoke, thrilling and unique

The multi-transport-belt concept of the folding and gluing machine, Fold Stream enables a user-friendly setup for various applications on the plough-fold unit. With this unique concept, there is no need to adjust the belts for a changeover when producing digital and offset-printed products. The guided tooling with quick release locks, allow straightforward positioning. Adjustable spring-loaded drive-rollers guarantee optimum and even downward pressure on the products. For a smoother turnover of the flaps, all ploughs can easily adjust in height and angle for precise folding. An interactive touch-screen controls the machine’s speed and glue applications in various positions and lengths.
