The Valiani Omnia flatbed cutting table has been designed to automatically feed and contour cut different media types. The operator can load 500 sheets of material (depending on the thickness) up to 600mm x 800mm in size, the sheets are fed by a suction system that lifts the media and places it onto the conveyor. Once in position, the camera will detect the crop marks and execute the cutting, the complete sheets then drop into the catch tray.
The software can control multiple workflow options by using files from various sources, QR codes or non-printed material. The Omnia is ideal for cutting packaging, business cards or kiss cutting, it can also handle heavier stock such as corrugated cardboard, chip board or thin plastic sheets.
