AeroCut Nano Plus

The AeroCut Nano plus is the entry level model for cutting and slitting operations. It comes as standard with 2 single and 2 double slitter blades. These blades can be easily adjusted and secured using Uchida’s patented InstaSet bar technology.

The operator is able to change jobs very quickly in the knowledge that production accuracy will be retained. As well as the standard InstaSet bar formats, the cutters can be manually adjusted for specific job sizes.

The patented InstaSet bar makes job change extremely easy and quick. Change from Business cards to post cards to A4, A5, A6 etc. All standard format sizes can be finished quickly and accurately, you can also order bespoke InstaSet bars for your special non-standard jobs.

Using a cut register mark detection system on all models, the AeroCut Nano lead edge sensor will detect the position of the printed image on each individual sheet.

The machine adjusts itself automatically to produce extremely accurate cutting every time. This eliminates any waste from jobs that may suffer from image drift or inaccurate pre-cutting, ensuring that the job has a professional finish every time.
