Morgana Band-it 30 – making light work of packing

The Morgana Band-it 30, automatic strapping machine is a fast and effective way of ensuring your finished documents are kept neatly in order for storage and shipping. The Band-it makes the operation fast and effortless for the user with speeds of up to 18 Cycles per/min., not only saving time but reducing internal packaging and keeping loose items grouped.

Using the Morgana Band-it couldn’t be made any easier, simply load your stock and adjust the magnetic guide plate to suit. You can choose between three modes to operate. Either manual, automatic or foot pedal depending on which option suits the operator’s needs. The Band-it 30 has an aperture of 300mm x 200mm to accommodate medium printed items as well as small items such as business cards. There’s no need to make any adjustments in tape length, so switching from one size job to another is a seamless operation without waste of tape.

The operator can also choose from three pressure settings depending on the weight of stock and tension required. This ensures that the items remain flat with the right amount of pressure, reducing marking and the need to completely wrap each batch.

Transparent clear plastic and white tapes are available in 30mm/150metre reels.

Along with the Morgana Band-it 30 there is the Band-it 50 available.
