Innovative Feeding Technology

  • Automatic Air Blade System: Prevents sheet curling by directing a precise burst of air to the front of the stack just as the advanced vacuum feed belt lowers to collect the top sheet.
  • Vacuum Feed Belt with Separation Fingers: The vacuum feed belt picks up the media, while dexterous separation fingers dislodge any additional sheets not pre-separated by the air blade, ensuring reliable, single-sheet feeding.
  • Jogging for Reliable Alignment: Before the sheet enters the cutting engine, the vacuum feed belt briefly jogs against the rear paper stop. This action creates a natural curve in the sheet, ensuring even difficult media is fed smoothly and accurately.

The Morgana ColorCut SC7000 Pro-T and XL models are powered by our next-generation AI-based ColorCut Pro software, delivering advanced features, enhanced functionality, and seamless automation. This innovative software redefines automated cutting, offering two distinct modes for effortless and autonomous file processing.

Cutting Modes

  • DIRECT Mode: Designed for flexibility and precise control, this mode operates via a connected PC. When creating jobs, the ColorCut Pro Client plugin automatically assigns a QR code to each design while saving the editable cutting file directly to the ColorCut Pro Job Library. This ensures easy retrieval and modification of files for ongoing production needs.
  • HELD Mode: Ideal for standalone operation, this mode wraps all job parameters into a custom held-mode cut file. These files can be transferred to the cutter via a storage device, enabling production without requiring a connected PC. Jobs can be executed later by any operator, streamlining workflow.

Error-Free Automation

The cutter uses the QR code on each sheet to automatically retrieve the associated cut file, ensuring precise cutting and creasing as required. Even if the sheet is loaded at a 180° rotation, the system adjusts seamlessly, reducing operator errors and enhancing efficiency.
